Welcome to my website.  My name is Karen Sismey and I am a fully qualified, BACP accredited, Humanistic & Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.  I work with adults (over 18s only) to enhance their emotional well-being and capacity for fulfilment in life.  

I can support and guide you in exploring and understanding your difficulties.  Perhaps you are experiencing painful emotions or a difficult life event, dissatisfaction with your life or relationships,  or feelings of stress, anxiety or depression that you are struggling to cope with.  I can work with you to identify and move towards healthier ways of being in relationship with yourself, your relationships with others and life.

I am able to offer sessions face-face in person or online via zoom.
